MADRA #Congratulations Carrie! 🥳We are all so proud of you & so incredibly grateful for everything you do for the… https://t.co/wSnl4dJdlY

Our collie boy, Oliver is still waiting for his forever home. He really struggled with kennel life but he was lucky enough to land himself an amazing foster home where he can wait for his special person. Oliver is super affectionate and adores being with people. He will follow you around the house and garden, although at bedtime he's happy to settle in for the night. He loves a good play, especially with a ball, and is great on lead despite an old leg injury. He is good with other dogs and plays with them too, but would be better suited as the only dog in the house or as a second dog with an easygoing resident dog as Oliver can be a bit pushy in his need for human attention. :) Oliver has a couple quirks of his own and will need an understanding owner. Certain noises seem to trigger behaviours, such as, spinning and barking. He hates sirens and some low noises, e.g. brushing, peeling, and will get upset and start whining but he is fine with other louder noises, e.g. TV, washing machine, heating boiler. This is being managed in his current foster home by moving him to a different room/area when he starts the behaviour and he soon calms down. Oliver is currently living with a family with teenagers and is doing very well because they accept his quirks and work with him. He would be unsuited to a home with young children.
