**** In Foster **** Alrighty, where are our German Shepherd fans at??? We need your help for a super girl who needs a foster home ASAP. This is Clara. Clara is only about 4 months old but is under ongoing medical assessment. She has lameness due to hip issues (hip dysplasia) so we are looking for a stable foster home for her. She will need short walks and restricted exercise for the next 6 weeks after which point she will be re-assessed by our vet. Despite her condition, Clara is a lively, engaging young lady and will need lots of attention, toys and cuddles. Someone once told me that it is impossible to keep a straight face in the presence of one or more puppies. Ever since, I've become aware of my dopey grin emerging in the presence of such soft, cuddly, playful innocence. Do you think this doesn't apply to you? If so, meet Clara, a 5 month old German Shepherd. She's going to be a fine lady when she grows up! Our Clara could turn a frown upside down, easy peasy! With a shiny black coat, and such loving brown eyes, she's bound to light up your life. Clara came to us from the pound, so we don't know what her life was like up to now. We do know, however, that she must have had it pretty good - she is trusting, snuggly, and a very loving girl. Clara exhibits the best features of GSD pups - curious, alert, clever and brave. Imagine having such a companion all to yourself! We here at MADRA are delighted to have met her.
