MADRA @GeoffandLinda @Pet_Connection Geoff and Linda and Tally, you have been so good to us already recently, we really,… https://t.co/fkf5EKOUdT
Our goldie oldie Charlie came into us just before Christmas with his yorkie pal Bella after their owner sadly passed away. Bella found a new home but little Charlie is still with us dreaming of finding someone to love him. Thankfully Charlie went into a wonderful foster home but he needs to find his forever home. This is what his foster family had to say about him...Charlie is such a lovely little character full of love and life. He adores his walks and getting outside in the fresh air and then panning out after in the sun or on his cosy bed. He is fully house trained and a very placid, quiet doggie with a lovely personality. We can't overemphasise how much he loves his cuddles and being cosy under as many cushions and blankets as he can find. He really likes to be around humans so he probably wouldn't fare well in a home where the owners are gone a lot. He also likes a quiet house so probably would suit an older or younger couple or person without children. About Charlie: Things he loves! Morning walks. Staring at you mournfully every time you eat even if he has just had his own food or a nice doggy treat... Couch snuggles and watching netflix. Sunbathing. As many cuddles as you can possibly fit into one day. Licking you to death. Things he doesn't love! Places that are too busy with too many people. He likes peace and quiet and zen. The sound of the hoover and hairdryer. When you have hugs with your partner and don't include him too.

He spent Christmas in a lovely foster home and we hear that he was the perfect guest! (Thanks Julie!) He loves snuggling up with people on the couch. He loves his walks but he is very chilled out and low maintenance lad. He would do best in a quiet, adult home, perhaps with someone active who is retired. He just loves people and we'd really love to get him out of our shelter and into a foster or forever home as quickly as possible. He's around six or seven years old and he really is a total charmer. Oh and he ADORES toys!
