12:30pm for those running/walking with a canine companion

All online entrants will receive a sponsorship envelope and are asked to try and raise a minimum of €20 for MADRA.

1st canine/human team - This prize speaks for itself - bring along your canine running companion and go for broke

Fundraiser - The Doggy Dash is one of our newest fundraising events and, with yearly costs in excess of €300,000 fundraising is of vital importance to MADRA.  We like to acknowledge the person who raises the most funds at each event and a unique perpetual trophy has been crafted for this category

First male / First female - These prizes will be awarded to the first male and first female home.  The route is primarily flat but has a couple of sneaky inclines to keep everyone honest

Entrant who crosses the line closest to a secret time - Four random times have been taken from a stopwatch and sealed in envelopes.  One of these envelopes will be chosen for each event and the person in the event who crosses the line closest to this time will be awarded a prize.

Best dressed dog - It goes without saying that MADRA is all about the dogs - we're not talking top hats and tails but if that's what your pooch likes to be seen in - let them shine!

Most enthusiastic volunteer - This prize category is particularly important to us as, without our volunteers, our fundraising events just couldn't happen.  We value your contribution to MADRA.

SPONSORS - we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the local companies and benefactors of MADRA who have so generously sponsored prizes for our event this year
